What will I learn?

You will walk away with research-based strategies that you can immediately      implement into any professional learning. Specifically, you will  improve your PD design, increase the likelihood of transfer through your delivery, and create a long-term impact with support.

Training and workshops are customized to meet your needs, and delivered in a variety of formats.

Option 1

Are you ready for a bite-sized training? These short trainings range from 30 minutes to three hours and are delivered in a different formats. Participants will get nuggets of strategies that they can walk away with. Select from a variety of topics and training options. Topics include resiliency, leadership, professional learning, school climate and culture, goal setting, instruction, reading, early childhood, and others.

Option 2

Are you ready to jump right in? This full-day training offers an in-depth understanding of highly effective professional development practices. Participants will learn about practical strategies and solutions for improving the learners’ transfer of information. Coaching or side-by-side training is also available. Select from one day to multiple day trainings.

Option 3

Customize your training with a mixture of different methods that meet your needs. Extended days in different formats are available at a discounted rate with a minimum of one full-day training.
